Involving family

Babies don't just learn from mum and dad.

You can make baby sign work even better if all the family are involved in using and reinforcing the signs which you are teaching.

Grans and granddads, big brothers and sisters, childminders, babysitters and friends can all pick up and use ITV BabySign.

If they can recognise what your baby is signing, they will help his or her development by easing frustration.
