Storing breastmilk

Did you know that you can store breastmilk in the fridge for four days and in the freezer for up to six months? 

In the fridge it must be 4°C or colder and in the freezer 18°C or below. You need to defrost frozen milk thoroughly in the fridge and use it straight away (and you can't refreeze it once it's been defrosted).
