It’s the day of Frank’s trial. In the witness box Carla’s emotional as she tells the jury how he raped her, and Frank’s lawyer pressures her over her relationship with Peter.

Peter’s next on the stand and is accused of having an affair with Carla – he denies it, and Anne takes her cue to pass a photograph of Peter kissing Carla to Leanne!

Anne, Sally and Frank are convinced the jury will take Frank’s side now it’s revealed they’ve been lying and they head off to celebrate. Leanne is devastated, and Peter tells her that he does love her, but he’s in love with Carla and it’s different with them. But with Simon to think about, will he stay with Leanne?

Steve tells Tracy he never loved her, and still loves Becky. But when he gives Tracy money to go shopping she thinks he’s changing his mind – but when she gets back she finds number 13 converted into two self contained flats!

Stella finds out that it was Carla who knocked her over – and she tells her she no longer believes that Frank raped her.

Jason bunks off work to give Rosie a lift to a modelling job. But things get steamy in the van on the way back – they knock the handbrake and smash into the car in front!
